Management of the initial as well as final accounts besides the basic tasks such as creating, issuing and the search of the accounts enables some advanced functions such as automated sending of the estimated costs to the client e-mail, tracking of unpaid bills and the service for the recharging the costs. Issuing the bills is handled in a very easy and semi automated way where in the very beginning you choose the currency and tax percentage which is defined in postulate. Input of the data is done by simply choosing the code of the service and then the rest of the data are automatically filled if they are previously defined. Each field on the account can be manually altered. Sending the data is simply done by choosing the e-mail field and it is send automatically.
During the start up of the application a checkup is being done in case that there are services that need to be recharged again and in case that there are than the new estimate of the costs is being created automatically and then it is sent on the customers e-mail. Automated sending can be turned off.

LSP supports input of the new cash register, alteration of already existing, input of the transactions, cash register lockdown, viewing the locked status and input of the currency list. It is possible to filter the transaction view according to the cash register, type of transaction, transaction name and time period, while the display of the status is possible to filter according to the cash register, type of transaction and a period within a year. Report of the accomplished tasks comes with a diagram of tasks according to the type of transaction and a time period.
